Day 1
CAIRO-PYRAMIDS-GREAT EGYPTIAN MUSEUM

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a visit to the iconic Pyramids of Giza, the last remaining Wonder of the Ancient World. This timeless experience offers deep insight into their fascinating history and the enduring legends that surround them.
Stop by the Great Sphinx, the mysterious guardian of the Giza Plateau.

Lunch included at a nearby restaurant with a view of the pyramids.

In the afternoon, explore the brand-new Grand Egyptian Museum, set to be officially inaugurated on July 3rd. Designed to become the world’s largest museum dedicated to a single civilization, it houses priceless treasures — including the colossal statue of Ramses II. Modern, immersive, and thoughtfully curated, the museum also offers stunning views of the pyramids of Khephren and Mykerinos.

Return to the hotel. Evening at leisure and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2
CAIRO-CITADEL OF SALADIN-COPTIC QUARTER-LUXOR

Breakfast at the hotel, then departure for the Citadel of Saladin.

This impressive citadel overlooking Cairo was built by Saladin at the end of the 12th century. It notably houses the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, whose architecture evokes that of Hagia Sophia in Istanbul.

Lunch included, followed by a visit to the Coptic Quarter. Located in Old Cairo, it is home to the Hanging Church, a famous church built on the ancient Roman fortress of Babylon. Visit to Saint Sergius Church, which contains the cave where the Holy Family stayed before returning to Israel.

Stop at the famous Khan el-Khalili bazaar. Stroll through the stalls and mosques of one of the largest traditional markets in the world.

Transfer at the airport of Cairo to take your flight to Luxor. 

Transfer from the airport to your hotel. 

Dinner at your leisure and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3
LUXOR-KARNAK-EDFOU

After breakfast,beginning of the day with the visit of the religious complex of Karnak, built over 2000 years, where you will admire the magnificient hypostyle hall and its 134 columns.

Departure from Louxor to Edfou in an air-conditioned minibus (About 3 hours) and visit of the temple of Edfou, dedicated to the god Horus . His exceptional conservation state makes it one of the most beautiful temple in Egypt.

Boarding on the boat for 4 nights and lunch on board.

Start of the navigation. Time to enjoy the silence and the beautiful landscapes of the Nile.

Day 4
BASSAW-SILSILA-FARES

After the breakfast, disembarkation on the island of Bassaw and visit of his village accompanied by a villager.

Bassaw is a perfect representation of an authentic Egyptian village in the south. Walk of about 1h30.

Back on the boat to sail to the sandstone quarry of Silsila, which stones have been used in the construction of various temples in the south. You will also see the temple of Horemheb, graved directly into the rock.

Back on the boat for lunch. Short navigation to the village of Fares.

Walk of 2 hours in the village of Fares, a village part of the plan launched by the Egyptian government « A generous life for all Egyptians ».

Back on board and navigation to Maniha to pass the night.

DAY 5
KOM OMBO-DARAW-HERBIAB

Morning navigation to the temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to two gods; the crocodile god Sobek and one of the many forms of Horus, Haroëris. It has a beautiful example of the calendar used by the ancient Egyptian.

Visit of the village of Daraw and its colorful market, customers and sellers come from different parts of the country to take part in the market.

Back on board and lunch.

Stop at the island of Herbiab and its pretty beach. Walk on the island and possibility to swim in a safe zone.

Dinner and night on the boat.

Dinner at leisure and overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 6
ASWAN-PHILAE

Morning navigation and arrival at Assouan.

Lunch on board.

In Aswan, it’s in motorboat that we will be reaching the temple of Philae, located on an island and dedicated to the goddess Isis. This temple stands out by its unique architecture, style and location.

Stop at the souk of Aswan for some free time.

Back on boat. Dinner and night on boat.

Day 7
ABU SIMBEL-ASWAN

Early departure to the site of Abu Simbel to visit the temples of Ramses II and Nefertari, facing the Lake Nasser. 

Lunch included close from of Abu Simbel.

Journey back to Aswan and arrival in the afternoon.

Dinner and last night on board.

Day 8
LUXOR-VALLEY OF THE KINGS-HATCHEPSUT

Departure from the boat in the morning to go back to Louxor.

Visit of the valley of the kings, resting place of the Egyptian kings for centuries . Our tickets give us access to 3 tombs.

Visit of the temple of Hatshepsut, of one the only queens that has ruled over Egypt. Her reign coincides with a prosperous period for the Egyptian kingdom.

Lunch included in a local restaurant.

Free dinner and night at the hotel.

In the afternoon, enjoy a leisurely stroll through Montazah Palace Gardens, a vast and beautifully landscaped park overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The palace itself was commissioned by Caliph Abbas II, the last ruler of the Mohamed Ali dynasty, and reflects a harmonious blend of Ottoman and Florentine architectural styles.

Journey back to Cairo.
