Breakfast at the hotel before heading out to visit the Pyramids of Giza — the last remaining wonder of the ancient world still standing. Built over 4,500 years ago from 2.3 million limestone blocks, some weighing several tons, these monuments are a testament to human ingenuity. This is also an opportunity to learn more about the majestic Sphinx, the enigmatic guardian of the plateau.
Lunch included, followed by a visit to the new Grand Egyptian Museum. Although not yet officially inaugurated, this museum — set to become the largest in the world dedicated to a single civilization — already showcases priceless artifacts, including the monumental statue of Ramses II. Modern and educational, the museum also offers a breathtaking view of the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure.
Return to the hotel. Dinner at your leisure and overnight at the hotel.
Early morning departure from Cairo to Alexandria (approx. 3-hour drive).
Visit the catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, an impressive necropolis blending Egyptian and Greco-Roman architectural styles. (1.5-hour visit)
Lunch included at a local restaurant.
Explore the recently reopened Greco-Roman Museum, home to the world’s largest collection of Greco-Roman antiquities.
End the day with a visit to the famed Library of Alexandria.

Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, depart from Alexandria toward Siwa Oasis.
On the way, stop to visit the WWII Museum and British War Cemetery in El Alamein.
Break for lunch in Marsa Matrouh (approx. 3.5-hour drive).
Continue your journey through the desert and arrive in Siwa by late afternoon.

After breakfast, set off by minibus to explore Shali, the ancient town of Siwa, with its distinctive mud-brick architecture.
Continue on foot to visit the Temple of the Oracle of Amun and Cleopatra’s Baths. (Approx. 2.5-hour walk)

The walk continues through lush palm groves to reach the tranquil shores of Lake Fatnas. (Approx. 2-hour walk)
Return to the hotel by minibus.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Depart by 4x4 for a desert adventure to Bir Wahed and the Great Sand Sea, with a walk through the dunes and salt lakes. (Approx. 1.5-hour walk)
Picnic lunch in the heart of the desert.
In the afternoon, visit Gebel al Mawta, or the "Mountain of the Dead" – a hillside necropolis from the Ptolemaic period, where some tombs still preserve their original wall paintings.
At 3:00 PM, depart from Siwa Oasis by minibus and head back to Marsa Matrouh (approx. 4-hour drive).

After breakfast, enjoy a stop at Agiha Beach for some free time on one of the most stunning Mediterranean shores.
Lunch included, then departure for Wadi Natroun (approx. 2.5-hour drive).
Stop to visit the Monastery of Anba Bishoy, one of the oldest Christian monasteries in Egypt.
Continue the journey and arrive at the Anafora retreat (approx. 30-minute drive).
Dinner and overnight at the monastery.
Depart from the monastery and drive to Cairo (approx. 1.5 hours).
Begin with a visit to the Coptic Quarter in Old Cairo, including the famous Hanging Church built atop the Roman Fortress of Babylon, and the Church of Saint Sergius, said to house the cave where the Holy Family took refuge during their time in Egypt.

Continue to the Mokattam Hills to visit the Monastery of Saint Simon the Tanner, located in Cairo’s "Garbage City", known for the charitable work of Sister Emmanuelle.
End the day wandering through the vibrant stalls of Khan El Khalili, one of the largest and oldest bazaars in the Middle East.
Transfer to your hotel near the airport, double room accommodation.
