Si “Rêve Voyages” annule un voyage dont l’intégralité du montant est acquittée, il vous est proposé, soit, un remboursement intégral, soit, un autre voyage. Dans ce deuxième cas, et si la valeur de ce voyage est inférieure à celui initialement proposé, vous êtes en droit de percevoir la différence du prix. Si au contraire, la valeur du voyage est supérieure à celui initialement proposé, il vous sera demandé de vous acquitter de la différence.

If Rêve Voyages cancels a trip for which the full amount has been paid, the client will be offered either a full refund or an alternative trip. In the latter case, if the value of the alternative trip is lower than the originally booked trip, the client is entitled to receive a refund of the price difference. Conversely, if the value of the alternative trip is higher than the originally booked trip, the client will be required to pay the price difference.
